Swiss Silicon Solutions GmbH is introducing a breakthrough innovation for the construction industry: 100% bio-based Nano Rubber — a waterproof, fire-resistant, and eco-friendly coating and insulation material for roofs, basements, façades, and more. As we expand our network in Switzerland and Europe, we are seeking experienced, well-connected Sales Managers or Distributors who want to grow with us — independently, flexibly, and profitably.
? You can take this on as a side job or second income – it’s ideal for professionals already in the construction industry, materials trade, or engineering sectors.

Your Responsibilities:
• Sell our Nano Rubber product line using your own network or client base
• Independently approach contractors, construction companies, distributors, and developers

• Act as a local representative for a growing cleantech brand in green construction

• Handle the entire sales cycle: lead generation, client contact, offer presentation, and deal closure

• Maintain long-term client relationships and coordinate repeat orders

• Promote the product line online, offline, and at construction-related events

Your Profile:

• Background in sales of construction materials (insulation, waterproofing, coatings, etc.)

• You already have contacts in the building industry (B2B clients or distribution channels)

• Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in German, English other languages is a plus)

• Ready to work on commission-only in the initial phase

• Passion for green construction and innovation
