Your Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate and prepare all commercial documentation required for international export transactions including Commercial Offers, Tender Quotations, Pro-Forma Invoices, and Undertaking Letters ensuring accuracy, completeness, and full regulatory compliance prior to sign-off
  • Compile, evaluate, and maintain pricing and condition master data in line with internal financial controls (NFCM/SOX), supporting strategic commercial decisions across a portfolio of 150+ contracted distribution partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing & Market Access, Supply Chain, Logistics, QA, Trade Compliance, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of export operations
  • Deliver Price Certificates in close coordination with Global Pricing & Market Access to facilitate product launches and re-registrations in assigned markets
  • Manage and monitor pricing systems (PricePro, TPES, SAP SD/FI), including user training and ongoing support for internal stakeholders
  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation to enhance compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Support the preparation and review of distribution agreements and other legal documents required by customers and country-specific authorities

 

Your Profile

 

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in multinational commercial operations, business administration, or finance ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
  • 3+ years of hands-on expertise in export business, with a strong focus on commercial activities in small to mid-size emerging markets
  • Proficiency in SAP (SD, FI modules), MS Office, and pharmaceutical pricing applications (PricePro, TPES); ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g. French) are a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and independent thinking comfortable navigating both standardised processes and complex, cross-functional challenges requiring sound judgement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across international and matrix organisations
  • High standards of ethics, integrity, and collaboration a must-have in a compliance-driven environment
