Head of Transportation Management

Atrium Group AG is a leading luxury facility management company based in Zollikon. We provide villas with 5 Star hospitality services for HNWI/UHNWI for medical, business and leisure stays in Switzerland. Our clients enjoy an exclusive service that includes a butler/chef, concierge, limousine and daily housekeeping seven days a week.

We are looking for an experienced transportation professional to lead our chauffeur team while continuing to deliver exceptional service as a chauffeur. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on client service and is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient processes, developing people and ensuring an outstanding luxury client experience.

Reporting to the Atrium’s Managing Director, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of our transportation service, supervise a team of four chauffeurs, continuously improve departmental processes and ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability and professionalism are maintained across every client journey.

Your Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership

• Lead, support and coordinate a team of four chauffeurs. 
•  Act as the first point of contact for operational questions within the team. 
• Coach team members and promote a culture of professionalism, accountability and exceptional client service. 
• Support onboarding and training of new chauffeurs. 
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 

Transportation Operations

• Coordinate daily transportation activities together with the Operations team. Coordinating seamlessly with Programme Managers, Medical Teams, and Hospitality to ensure transport aligns with the client's daily schedule.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve transportation procedures, standards and workflows. 
• Ensure efficient route planning and optimal allocation of drivers and vehicles. 
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs and quality standards. 
• Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules and fleet readiness. 
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, client satisfaction and departmental performance. 

Client Service

• Personally transport clients in a safe, discreet and professional manner. 
• Welcome clients with the highest level of hospitality and attention to detail. 
• Assist with luggage and personal belongings. 
• Select optimal routes while adapting to traffic conditions and client preferences. 
• Perform collections, deliveries and errands when required. 
• Ensure vehicles remain immaculate and presentation standards are consistently maintained. 
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with clients and sensitive information. 

General Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Swiss road regulations and company policies. 
• Support other operational activities as required. 
• Be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating basis. 

You are/have

• Swiss professional passenger transport licence (BPT 121). 
• Minimum five years' experience as a professional chauffeur within luxury hospitality, executive transport or private client services. 
• Previous experience coordinating or leading small operational teams. 
• Demonstrated ability to develop processes and improve operational efficiency. 
• Excellent knowledge of the Zurich region and surrounding areas. 
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Commitment to delivering a bespoke, client-centred transportation service that reflects the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and professionalism.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. 
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are highly desirable. 
• Excellent personal presentation. 
• Flexible, reliable and resilient. 
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.
