How you can make a difference :

We have currently close to 100'000 followers on our Social Media Channels on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube who want to stay informed about what is going on in our company and with our products, who want to learn about mechanical ventilation, and are interested in experiences of other customers. Keeping them up to date will be your job!

You work closely with the teams in Product Communication, Product Management, Academy and Branding in Bonaduz (Switzerland), as well as with local Marketing Communication Managers in our direct markets in UK, USA, India, Germany and France to coordinate regional content.

Start date: As soon as possible

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement a global social media strategy that increases brand awareness, strengthens engagement, and supports business objectives

  • Create compelling content that informs, inspires, and connects with Hamilton Medical audiences around the world

  • Grow our communities and increase engagement across existing and emerging social media platforms

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify relevant stories, expert insights, and content opportunities

  • Manage and moderate conversations across our social channels, ensuring timely and professional community engagement

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on channel and campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve results

  • Plan and manage the social media budget effectively

  • Stay up to date on Hamilton Medical products, technologies, and company initiatives to deliver relevant and engaging experiences for our followers

  • Create and maintain news and event content for our website, intranet, and Partner-net

  • Develop and distribute newsletters for customers and distribution partners

That's what you bring along :

  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Level C2 or native speaker) is a must; good knowledge of German is preferred; French as additional language is a plus

  • Proven ability to deliver creative content (text, image, graphic, video)

  • Strong interest in medical technology and products; experience in the medtech / healthcare environment is a plus

  • Curiosity to learn new things and an inquisitive mind

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

  • Experience with the B2B social media management platform Oktopost is a plus

  • Willingness to monitor the social media channels and answer messages outside of regular office hours
