We are looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join a strategic large-scale logistics infrastructure project. You will play a key role in the planning, governance and execution of a state-of-the-art fulfillment center for online food retail. You ensure transparency, robust governance and reliable decision-making support for project management + senior leadership.

Wichtige Hinweise: Please note that you need fluent French and a high willingness to travel to do this job.

What impact do you have?

  • Establish and continuously develop the PMO for a complex logistics and infrastructure project
  • Project controlling and performance management, including scheduling, progress monitoring and budget control
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards for steering committees and key decision-makers
  • Support project management in governance, decision-making and escalation processes
  • Ensure effective risk and quality management
  • Manage stakeholder communication, facilitate workshops and derive actionable recommendations from project data

What do you offer?

  • Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
  • Specialization: in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in a PMO environment and in managing complex projects or programs
  • Several years of experience in a PMO environment and in managing complex projects or programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in German and French (written and spoken)
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field
  • Experience in logistics, infrastructure, transformation or supply chain projects; knowledge of warehouse automation is a plus
  • German (B2)
