We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager, Benefit Program B2B to strengthen our presence in key markets and drive strategic growth initiatives in the Romandie. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to expand our regional footprint.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
• Customer Enablement & Business Development: Develop and expand business with existing customers by identifying cross- and up-selling opportunities
• Actively acquire new customers and re-activate lapsed ones within the assigned region, focusing on key institutions, associations, and partners
• Conduct regular performance and potential analyses to identify growth areas within the customer portfolio
• Capture customer needs and channel findings to relevant internal departments (Strategic Program & Process Management, Project Management, Marketing)
• Lead negotiations with potential customers up to contract closure, in collaboration with B2B Sales
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through structured communication and regular business/performance reviews with focus customers
• Enhance the customer experience by supporting ongoing process improvements and strategic initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS:
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development and Sales Management
• Several years of industry experience in ICT or comparable sectors
• Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluency in French and English; German is a strong advantage
