Supply Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

What impact do you have?

• You coordinate the production planning of rice and coffee in close collaboration with demand planning, production, logistics, procurement, and product management.
• You proactively plan short-, medium-, and long-term production capacities, inventory levels, and shift requirements, identifying bottlenecks at an early stage.
• You ensure the availability of raw materials, including mandatory stock requirements, and coordinate orders with internal and external partners.
• You ensure a high level of product availability and service level.
• You bring structure to processes, work in a system-driven environment (SAP S/4 HANA), and ensure transparency and stable operations.

What do you offer?

• Education: Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)
• Specialization: ideally complemented by further education (e.g. Certified Process Specialist, HF Technician, or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain)
• Experience: At least 2+ years of professional experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply planning - ideally within the food industry
• Technical Skills: SAP (S/4 HANA) is an advantage; strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
• Working Style: You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain a clear overview even in fast-paced situations
• Soft Skills: You communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and find pragmatic solutions in complex situations
