We are looking for a

Product Support Engineer

in Unterentfelden (Switzerland)

Join our team as soon as possible. In this position you are part of our Global Support Team for our successful Leica Laser Trackers and will help shape the future of Metrology together with us.

Objectives:

  • Delivering training for our internal and external global sales and support channels
  • Supporting our sales teams on challenging customer demonstrations and benchmark measurements
  • Providing second-level support
  • Support and advise our software partners on the integration of our sensors
  • Develop training and support documents
  • Conduct software and hardware testing
  • Contribute to product development in close collaboration with the development teams

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering, preferably in geomatics/surveying or mechanical engineering, or substantial experience in industrial measurement technology, ideally with any of our portable measuring instruments
  • Enjoys working with people from different cultures and giving presentations
  • Good English knowledge, spoken and written
  • Well organized and structured working mentality
  • Knowledge of Spatial Analyzer, Inspire or Polyworks is an advantage
  • Experienced with creating trainings and e-learning courses is a plus.

Diplômes ou équivalences reconnus : Les certificats CFC sont reconnus par les autorités cantonales et la Confédération, ainsi que les diplômes universitaires équivalents en maintenance des systèmes informatiques..
