Product Manager

Are you passionate about shaping innovative industrial solutions and driving products to global market success? Join our team as a Product Manager and take ownership of a global product portfolio in grain handling, with a focus on ship loading and unloading equipment and belt conveyor systems. In this international role, you will drive product strategy, translate market needs into innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen our market position and deliver customer value worldwide.

This is where you'll excel

  • You manage a global product portfolio for grain handling solutions, with a focus on ship loading and unloading equipment and belt conveyor systems throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • You define and execute product and portfolio strategies, including roadmaps, business cases, development priorities, and lifecycle decisions
  • You analyze market trends, customer needs, technologies, and competitors to develop compelling product requirements, value propositions, and market positioning
  • You lead product development and go-to-market activities, coordinating closely with sales, marketing, R&D, service, and regional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • You act as the key interface between global stakeholders, technical teams, and international locations, driving collaboration, innovation, product expertise, and portfolio growth

These are the skills you'll need

  • University degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Several years of experience in product management or sales within an industrial B2B environment; industry knowledge in grain handling, bulk material handling, or conveying systems is an advantage
  • Strong business acumen combined with a structured, self-driven, and results-oriented working style
  • International mindset with experience in cross-functional and matrix organizations as well as willingness to travel globally (20%-30%)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in German and English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
