Senior IT Architect in Finance Processes & Applications Team

Take a key role in our global agile development team and continuously optimize the Finance Process, Data, and Application Architecture in collaboration with our business partners to drive business excellence within the international context of the Bühler Group. At its core, we are building our solutions based on SAP S/4HANA and leveraging new functionalities to harvest benefits. In your role, you will act as the expert for defining, implementing, and further developing an efficient, stable, and sustainable architecture. This is where you'll excel

•

You are responsible for the active participation in building our future Finance IT Architecture in line with strategic business targets, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems

•

You consult business partners in the areas of Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Financial Services, Tax, Non-financial Reporting, and Travel Management from an architectural standpoint

•

You ensure efficiency and sustainability in the architecture in line with Enterprise Architecture guidelines (incl. technical documentation) and coordinate developments with other architects

•

You develop solution concepts, perform requirements engineering, and create system and program specifications

•

You perform autonomous customizing of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO

•

You coordinate developments provided by internal and external partners, including quality checks and testing

•

You support global implementation projects of process and system standards, including user training

•

You provide third-level system support for global users, including quality management

These are the skills you'll need

•

Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, Business Administration or similar

•

At least 5 years working experience, therefore more than 3 years in similar position

•

Advanced knowledge in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO environment, other finance application is a plus

•

ABAP skills

•

Good understanding in business processes in the area of Finance and related fields

•

Very good communication skills in English, German is a plus

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and experience. We are legally obliged to point out that the minimum salary for this position is EUR 4,269.07. gross/month in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
