You act as a key contributor to the business development of the assigned markets with the objective of building strong and scalable B2B businesses. - Develop assigned markets to drive sales growth
- Identify, meet and develop new customers by positioning new differentiated solutions at customer

level. Create account plans and close deals. Build and close business cases from first technical discussion to industrial adoption
- Develop, align and execute structured go-to plan-market plans in close collaboration with management and engineering
- Ensure rigorous commercial execution (projects, pipeline, priorities, forecasts) and follow up on the defined actions
- Profile
- Engineering degree (EPFL or HES) in materials, electrical engineering, mechanical, or other engineering fields
- At least 5 years of proven success in a similar commercial role with track records in international B2B technical business development/sales with a structured business development approach
- Multi-market experience, e. in industrial
APPLICATION
s, powder metallurgy, magnets, semiconductors, high power, electronics, motors design, resistance welding or EDMMust have had experience selling solutions where the product is not yet standardized
- Structured and execution-driven, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and drive initiatives through to results
- Strong business mindset, able to understand technology and sell its value at customers at all levels, before closing the deals
- Collaborative with a strong willingness to co-develop as team
- Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German and/or French, and/or Italian is a significant advantage
- The Position is based on site in Villaz-St-Pierre (Switzerland), near Fribourg (30 minutes from Bern and Lausanne) with around 25% travel to customers worldwide
