What you’ll do:

• Manage health insurance contracts with precision and care and empathy
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and partners
• Ensure seamless onboarding, updates, and cancellations of policies
• Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver outstanding service
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-ups

What we're looking for:

• Bilingual in French and Dutch — your language skills are your superpower!
• A customer-focused mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communicator with excellent listening skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Team player who values details, quality and open collaboration

You can expect to receive:

• Competitive gross monthly salary
• €90 net allowance per month
