•  Validation of daily collection balance (DCB)

• Handling of actual/printed copies of daily collection balance.
• Daily download of bank statement.
• Daily download of posted collection per accounting books.
• Daily validation of receipts against actual bank deposit.
• Check the accuracy of book posting of validated collections.
• Document issues observed in day to day daily collection balance validation.
• Report issues, errors, or irregularities noted on daily collections for proper handling, investigation, or disposition.

• Issues log sheet monitoring
• Unreceipted collections schedule

• High volume of manual daily collection balance which may cause delay in validation

• Month End Closing Activities

• Computation and booking of Bank Service Fees.

• Booking of Bank Interest Income and withholding tax.

• Clearing of Bank Recon in SAP.

• Perform cash adjustments.

• Timely and accurate booking of transactions.

• Dependency of reports.

• Business partnering, ad hoc reporting, and Other Tasks

• Preparation of schedules/annual statement to be submitted to Insurance Commission, internal and external auditors.

• Assist in Bank Recon Projects.

• Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of Financial Accounting/Business Administration

• Preferably with experience in General accounting and Accounts Reconciliation
• Proficient in Excel, and any accounting software
• Basic Ai Tool Knowledge
