Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, you lead Wintipak’s global Finance organization and serve as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO and Board. You ensure financial stability, transparency, and value creation—supporting growth, investments, and the future-proof development of the company. You also oversee IT and Legal, ensuring scalable governance, risk management, and operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Board Sparring
•
Advise the CEO and Board on strategic initiatives, investments, and key future plans
•
Lead scenario planning, business cases, and capital allocation decisions
Financial Governance & Performance
•
Own planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI-based performance steering
•
Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and audit readiness
Operational Finance & Treasury (Hands-on)
•
Ensure excellent daily finance operations with speed and accuracy
•
Lead Treasury: cash and liquidity management, working capital steering, and financial risk oversight
•
Oversee accounting, controlling, tax and compliance (with internal/external experts)

International Leadership
•
Lead and develop the international Finance organization across CH/DE/IT/CN
•
Build a strong performance culture, clarify responsibilities, and strengthen collaboration
IT Leadership (Corporate Function Scope)
•
Provide governance for IT to ensure stability, scalability, and security
•
Drive priorities aligned with business needs (e.g., global SAP landscape, infrastructure, digitalization, vendor management)
Legal Oversight (Corporate Function Scope)
•
Ensure pragmatic, business-oriented legal governance and risk mitigation
•
Oversee contract governance and key negotiations together with external counsel
Stakeholder Management
•
Partner across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, IT and Legal
•
Manage external stakeholders (banks, auditors, advisors, authorities, key partners) with credibility and clarity
Your Profile
Experience & Expertise
•
Proven CFO / Finance Director experience in an international environment (mid-sized and/or growth context preferred)
•
Strong expertise across controlling, accounting, reporting, and Treasury (cash, liquidity, working capital)
•
Track record in multi-country setups and Board-level stakeholder management
•
Experience overseeing IT and/or Legal is a plus
