Senior Process Transformation Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Agile, and AI-enabled methodologies
- Lead strategic transformation programs and projects from planning through execution and delivery
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, automation solutions, and AI-driven tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and working groups to support transformation efforts
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to monitor progress and process performance
- Act as a change agent, supporting teams through organizational and process transformation
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in process transformation, operational excellence, or business transformation
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and process improvement methodologies
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and influence without formal authority
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field
