- Your
MISSIONS
Manage projects for the development of our robotics agricultural machines containing mechanical, hydraulics, fluidics, electro-mechanical, electrical and computer/control/sensors components. Together with the CPO and the product managers, define the project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Specify, plan, and implement our product development project from concept,
QUALIFICATIONS
, industrialization and production launch. Define required resources for
TASKS
and manage budgets
- Create schedules and project timelines, track deliverables
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Identify project risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with external entities (sub-contractors, fabrication and assembly partners) with travels in Europe and outside Europe from time to time. Collaborate closely with various teams while reporting directly to the CPO
YOUR PROFILE
Master degree in micro engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering. At least five years of proven experience as a project manager in a product development environment for large machine design containing mechanical, hydraulics, fluidics electro-mechanical and electrical components, such as industry machinery, agriculture or industrial vehicles, electrical vehicles, etc. A project management
QUALIFICATIONS
(PMI, PMP) or equivalent
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
- Comfortable with Agile/SCRUM methods
- Fluent in technical english (oral and written B2/C1) You have:A strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to converse with a broad spectrum of personalities
