MISSIONS
Design and develop low-voltage electrical systems (12V/24V), including lighting, safety, and operator interface systems. Design and integrate electrical cabinets, customized cables, and wiring harnesses with relevant connectors. Integrate proprietary and standardized technological subsystems. Support development, integration, and troubleshooting of ECU (Electronic Control Unit) software. Collaborate with mechanical and software teams on controller and embedded system integration. Design solutions suitable for harsh agricultural environments (dust, moisture, vibration, corrosion). Ensure electrical robustness, EMC performance, and serviceability. Incorporate customer, operator, and service feedback into design improvements. Contribute to electrical system architecture, interfaces, and design standards. Participate in design reviews, DFx, DFMEA, and technical risk assessments. Prepare and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, test plans, and BOM. Support prototype build, testing, validation, and field trials. Ensure designs meet performance, durability, safety, and regulatory
REQUIREMENTS
(CE, UL, ingress standards / IPx, …). Troubleshoot electrical issues during development, industrialization, and validation tests. Apply best practices in electrical design, documentation, and compliance. Support continuous improvement of engineering tools, standards, and processes. Collaboration :Work closely with mechanical, software, electronic, industrialization, quality, and procurement teams. Interface with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality, cost, and DFM/DFA.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, electronics Engineering. 7+ years of electrical engineering background, preferably in agricultural machinery or heavy equipment. Strong background in electrical system design and integration. Expertise with ECU (Electronic Control Unit) programming, configuration, or integration. Ability to work independently on complex technical topics. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in ECAD tools (Altium / Eplan) Experience with electrical cabinet and wiring harnesses development and industrialization. Competence in ECU programming and embedded systems (e. , configuration, calibration, diagnostics, or basic software development). Familiarity with EMC, functional safety concepts, and validation testing. Experienced in BOM control. You are :Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to contribute effectively within cross-functional teams. Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership. Fluency in French and English.
