TASKS
Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of hygiene and contamination control standards throughout the site. Act as a key cross-functional interface between production, quality assurance, monitoring, engineering and the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) teams. Plan, manage and execute hygiene projects related to material transfers, staff flows, dressing, cleaning, disinfection and behavior in clean rooms. Be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing cleanroom performance
QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS
. Write, maintain and update the hygiene documentation (procedures, instructions, standards) in accordance with GMP standards. Investigate deviations from hygiene and environmental monitoring activities, conduct root cause analyses, define, implement, and monitor CAPAs. Initiate, manage and document Change Requests (CR) related to hygiene processes. Manage and execute quality deviations, ensuring their timely closure in accordance with the
REQUIREMENTS
of the quality system. Identify and deploy actions for the harmonization and standardization of hygiene practices between different production areas. Prepare and represent hygiene subjects during internal audits, customer audits and inspections of regulatory authorities. Develop and deliver targeted training to strengthen the hygiene culture, staff awareness and consistent
APPLICATION
of standards throughout the site. Profile :Degree or professional training in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, pharmacy, bioprocess engineering or equivalent training. Proven experience in a GMP regulated environment, ideally in the areas of contamination control, cleanroom hygiene or quality management. Solid knowledge of GMP
REQUIREMENTS
, with proven experience in writing, managing and updating quality documentation (SOP, CAPP, deviations, CAPA, Change Control). Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; good knowledge of German is an asset. Analytical mind, equipped with a structured, rigorous and solution-oriented approach.
