- Prepare, analyse, and monitor monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Conduct variance analyses and provide actionable insights to support management decisions
- Partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to provide financial guidance
- Support cost controlling, profitability checks, pricing calculations, and performance tracking
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership
- Assist in internal and external audits as required
- Contribute to process improvements, automation projects, and digitalisation initiatives within the finance function
- Profile
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within FMCG or another fast paced industry
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
