Your key responsibilities will include:
- In this role, you will strengthen product management excellence and own the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) process across SI Buildings. You will improve the processes, tools, standards, and governance that enable effective lifecycle management across hardware and digital offerings
- By building a strong PLM operating model and developing product management capabilities, you will help deliver better business cases, faster time to market, stronger lifecycle decisions, and commercial success
- Location: this role will be based in Zug- Switzerland

The ideal candidate will bring:

- 10+ years of experience in PLM, process ownership, operating model development, or business management in a complex global organization
- Deep knowledge of the building and infrastructure technology industry
- Relevant degree and professional experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
