en communication en anglais et allemand. What is my function?Our customer needs an Administrative & Office Assistant who will be the central hub of their dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:Managing a dynamic office administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day business
- Managing facility operations and vendor relationships
- Processing purchase orders and handling vendor invoices
- Supporting with the organization of internal events and company meetings
- Welcoming guests and acting as central point of

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in office management or similar administrative role
- Experience with processing purchase orders and vendor invoices and basic financial administration is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
