The Role

For our Kyndryl Consult we hire a seasoned security architect to join our advisory practice and drive client success across diverse industries.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Strategy: Define end-to-end security architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud landscapes, covering on-premises, private and public clouds, plus SaaS workloads (e.g. Microsoft 365).

• Operations & Monitoring: Build unified monitoring, logging and incident-response processes across all environments.

• Client Engagement: Act as trusted advisor—run workshops, present roadmaps and translate business needs into pragmatic security designs.

• Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with delivery teams, coach junior consultants, and contribute to our internal best-practice library

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in security architecture or consulting, with hands-on hybrid/multi-cloud projects.

• Security architecture experience across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem), network (SASE, SD-WAN, VPN), IAM (Zero Trust, SSO, MFA, PAM), data protection (encryption, DLP, classification), and SaaS (Microsoft 365, Defender, Purview, CASB)

• Degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent.

• Excellent communicator, client-centric mindset, strong analytical and presentation abilities.

• Able to communicate fluently in English

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Fluency in French/German is advantageous
