Tâches
• Scouter le marché pour convertir des prospects en clients enthousiastes.
• Présenter et démontrer la boutique en ligne APSOparts aux clients.
• Gérer le processus de vente en ligne de l'installation à la commande.
Compétences
• Formation commerciale ou technique avec 2 ans d'expérience en vente.
• Compétences en négociation et capacité à motiver les autres.
• Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais.
Do you like meeting new people every day and are you passionate about sales? You enjoy selling and can inspire other people with your ideas? Then we are looking for you for a new position in the German-speaking region.
YOUR MISSION:
• You scout the market and uncover opportunities - through cold calls, referrals and leads - and turn prospects into enthusiastic customers.
• You visit customers to introduce and demonstrate the APSOparts online shop.
• You lead the complete online sales process from set-up to order.
• You continue to expand your existing customer portfolio in the long term, stay connected and know what's going on with your customers. You support your existing customers in achieving their goals in a helpful and committed manner.
• You convince and inspire with your nature, your empathy as well as your professional competence.
• You are committed to expanding our market position together with your team.
YOUR PROFILE:
• You have completed commercial or technical training.
• You have a corresponding further education in sales or marketing.
• You have 2+ years of experience in sales with a focus on acquisition, preferably in the industrial sector.
• You are a self-reliant, proactive personality with strong negotiating skills, who can motivate others with confidence and persuasion.
• Giving up is not an option for you, you lead your sales territory to success.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
• You have a driving license and a car. Moreover, you are willing to travel approx. 4 days per week.
