With established locations at Paradeplatz and Zurich Main Station, we are now looking to expand our team at Zurich Main Station. As part of this growth, we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join us asap. The ideal candidate will embody our brand’s high standards with a polished appearance and contribute to delivering a luxurious customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare matcha beverages and other specialties
• Bake and display pastries
• Actively advise customers on products, beverages, pastries, and successfully sell them
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a high level of service
• Maintain and clean work equipment and workspace
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills
• Maintain composure and ensure high quality even during peak hours and high customer volumes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista or in a similar role is a must
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Commitment to outstanding customer service
• Flexibility regarding work hours, including weekends and holidays
