. The initiative aims to enhance the bank's profitability assessment and steering framework to enable better strategic market reviews, drive full-cost accountability, and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:
You will act as a
sparring partner
to the project's core working group, leading and conceptually developing individual workstreams based on
industry best practices
. Your role includes reviewing existing cost allocation frameworks (e.g. standard process cost, IT) and contributing to short-term priority topics such as
variable compensation.
Competences:
•
3-5 years of experience in consulting, Big Four, or project management
•
Expert knowledge in
cost allocation, economic profit, and steering frameworks
•
Strong understanding of
banking business models
•
Excellent stakeholder management skills across all seniority levels
•
Advanced
Excel and PowerPoint
skills
•
University degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
•
Fluent in
English
(C1-C2)
