For our Ecommerce Group in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for a

In this dynamic position, you will be part of the Ecommerce team, managing day-to-day ecommerce operations and product catalogues, while collaborating with global teams to execute impactful digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
•
Coordinate ecommerce operations, the overall user experience, including content development, checkout funnel and promotion campaigns by collaborating with Ecommerce Manager
•
Monitor performance and measure effectiveness of the ecommerce business
•
Support Ecommerce Manager and interact with all levels of staff of SENSAI Cosmetics Ltd. (HQ)/Kanebo Cosmetics (Europe) Ltd. (KC-E)/Subsidiaries/Distributors regarding sales related topics.
Key areas of responsibility
Digital Commerce
•
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and work with various teams to create and maintain various databases
•
Enrich and optimise the databases as well as the product catalogue for all EC markets. This includes ongoing checking of existing data for correctness and completeness as well as strategic updates based off analytics
•
Work with Hybris Commerce and in conjunction with various teams in Europe and Japan, manage the catalogue for new product launches, as per creation schedules, as well as price updates and ad hoc changes and enhancements
•
Together with the D2C team, set up, test and implement customer promotions, following the digital marketing calendar
•
Monitor the daily performance of the ecommerce sites to ensure processes are followed and operations are running smoothly
•
Support various departments to solve challenges that may arise throughout the Ecommerce journey
•
Support the Digital Marketing and CRM Coordinator, when necessary, with the execution of the digital marketing plan
•
In conjunction with the Ecommerce Group, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ecommerce enhancements, system upgrades and development projects
Others
•
Work together as an Ecommerce Group to improve the profitability of the Ecommerce business
•
Substitute team members during their absence

All levels of staff of HQ/KC-E/Subsidiaries/Distributors
Requirements
•
Degree in Business Administration (Bachelor and/or Master) or similar education
•
Strong interest in cosmetics and digital commerce and excited to develop skills in eCommerce operations and digital marketing
•
A few years of experiences working with large amounts of data, data-mining and database creation, in Excel
•
Knowledge of SAP Hybris Commerce and SAP ERP is an advantage
•
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
•
Willingness to take ownership, a multi-tasker, proactive and able to work in fast-paced business environment
•
Good communication and collaboration skills and the ability to be adaptable and flexible
