Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards through regular audits and reviews. Support energy optimization and sustainability initiatives by organizing activ-ities and monitoring progress. Management and processing of technical alarms, fires and burglar alarm systems. Participation in on-call duties and 24-hour deployment in the event of tech-nical alarms. Furnishing of conference and meeting rooms. Management of technical support requests on call. YOUR PROFILE

2-3 years of experience in facility management or a similar technical coordinator role. Completed technical education (e. , electrician, mechatronics, building technician). Experience in project management and coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Experience in project management and vendor supervision. Ability to prioritize and delegate
