Field Service Associate – Merchant (Fixed Term, Jan 5 – Feb 20)
FELFEL AGOur Merchant Team makes sure that everything runs smoothly at our 800+ corporate customers and that hygiene standards are met for all FELFEL fridges and Gavetti coffee machines.
You’ll be coordinated by our Dispatcher Team, which creates daily routes for each Merchant. On a typical day you’ll visit 5–8 corporate customers, check on site that everything is working with the FELFEL fridge and the Gavetti coffee machine, and restock utensils if needed. Since we are regionally organized throughout Switzerland, your starting point is flexible and we adapt route planning as best as possible to your home location. Depending on needs, your region may change at short notice. Most important of all: after your visit, the FELFEL fridges and Gavetti coffee machines look clean, inviting, and ready to enjoy!

Corporate customer visits:
As a FELFEL Customer Merchant you independently visit FELFEL locations at companies across Switzerland in our FELFEL e-vans. You are the FELFEL face on site for our customers.

Fridge maintenance:
On site, you carry out service checks, control inventory, thoroughly clean the fridge, ensure hygiene standards are met, and restock cutlery and utensils.

Planogram changes:
You implement updates by adding new features or adjusting existing elements so that the fridge always looks modern and attractive.
•
Coffee machine service:
You clean the Gavetti coffee machine and its components (milk cooler, base unit, etc.), restock cream and sugar, and make sure the decoration around the machine looks tidy and appealing.

Recycling:
You ensure the recycling station is correctly set up and functioning, and you empty the recycling bags (or take them with you in the truck). Occasionally, you’ll deliver larger loads to our recycling partner.
A typical day starts around 8 am, when you head straight to the companies planned by the dispatcher. You’re usually on the road until 5–6 pm. You work independently but stay connected with dispatch via phone or messaging if needed.
YOUR PROFILE
•
Service experience or experience in a similar customer-facing industry is a plus
•
Warm personality: you spread Customer Happiness – always starting with a smile
•
Availability at least two full days per week
•
We also welcome parents with kids – scheduling is flexible if changes come up
•
Reliability, independence, attention to detail, precise working style
•
Initiative and common sense
•
Confident driving larger cars/small vans (category B license). If you’re not yet a parking pro – no worries, free training provided ;-)
•
Fluent in English is a must - German or French is a plus
•
Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.

Valid work permit or Swiss passport
