The opportunity
We are looking for talented and dedicated professionals to join our Production Development Team in the Generator Circuit Breaker (GCB) division. At our modern production facility in Oerlikon, we leverage innovative technologies and processes to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of our products. Our products are renowned worldwide for their safety and reliability. As part of our team you are contributing to our ongoing product development and change process
How you’ll make an impact
• Plan and lead implementation projects, including the creation of project plans and schedules.
• Track project performance and act in case deviations compare to planning appear.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to clarify project requirements and goals.
• Ensure the Manufacturing execution system is in line with the latest stage of system requirements from the company.
• Being part of the product configuration team and creating internal Product structure.
• Drive continuous improvement and be part of our Team supporting IT improvements.
• Provide training and support for internal users.
Your background
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in leading implementation projects, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with specific software solutions and platforms used for implementation (e.g., ERP systems, MES software).
• Knowledge of system integration and data migration.
• Familiarity with network infrastructures and IT security standards.
• Ability to conduct technical analyses and solve complex technical problems.
