The opportunity

Join our dynamic Troubleshooting team and help shape the future of high-voltage service. You’ll work closely with seven experienced Project Managers, supporting strategic initiatives that improve our processes and customer service. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and process optimization. You’ll grow in a supportive environment that values learning, collaboration, and innovation. The minimum duration of the internship is 6 months.

How you’ll make an impact
• Coordinate and execute our Troubleshooting Stock management project

• Drive the Troubleshooting Pricing project from planning to implementation

• Support the Shared Breaker project with structured execution

• Lead process improvements from idea to implementation using Adonis

• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team

• Collaborate with developers to enhance SEPP execution tools

• Implement global guidelines in our department

• Manage minor troubleshooting cases from inquiry to site completion

Your background
• Completed technical education in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

• Business fluent in English; German is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude

• Experience in process improvement projects

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
