• Lead the development and execution of AI strategies that align with clients’ business objectives, market dynamics, and regulatory environments. Advise senior client stakeholders on AI adoption, governance frameworks, ethical considerations, and risk management to ensure responsible AI deployment. Translate complex AI technologies and capabilities into clear business cases, roadmaps, and actionable plans that drive transformation. Drive cross-functional collaboration between business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and external partners to deliver integrated AI solutions. Shape and grow Deloitte’s AI strategy practice by contributing to thought leadership, market positioning, and business development activities. Mentor and lead teams, fostering a culture of innovation, strategic thinking, and client-centric delivery excellence. Who we are looking for
• Experience:6+ years of relevant experience in AI strategy, technology consulting, or management consulting with a focus on AI and digital transformation. Proven track record advising senior executives and influencing strategic decisions related to AI adoption and innovation. Experience managing complex AI or data-driven transformation programmes across multiple industries. Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, and their business

Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, managing project delivery, and driving business growth. Technical and Strategic Expertise:Deep knowledge of AI technologies, data analytics, and digital ecosystems. Ability to assess AI risks and benefits from a strategic and operational perspective. Experience with AI use case identification, prioritisation, and value realisation. Understanding of cloud platforms and AI tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, LLMs) is advantageous. Language Proficiency:Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to engage effectively with local clients and teams. Industry Experience:Experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated sectors is preferred. Your team
