YOUR PROFILE

Solid professional education in occupationalpension schemes, with strong knowledge of Swiss social security regulations

• Several years of experienceadvising corporate clients in occupational pensions, ideally in a consulting or brokerage environment
• Strongclient orientationwith the ability to build trust, influence decision-makers and create long-term partnerships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive,solution-drivenand structured approach
• Engaged, flexible and positive personalitywith a high level of ownership
• Very good command of
• Frenchand
• English, both written and spoken; German is an asset
• Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to national andinternational corporate clients, providing end-to-end consulting and ongoing support in all matters related to occupational pension schemes
• Identify client needs,develop tailored pension strategiesand deliver valued solutions aligned with clients' business objectives
• Lead and execute market reviews,tenders and benchmarkingexercises to ensure competitive and optimized pension arrangements
• Actively contribute to the expansion of existing client relationships andsupport new business developmentin close collaboration with Client Relationship Leads and the international Aon network
• Play an active role in internal initiatives andcross-functional projectsaimed at enhancing service quality, efficiency and commercial effectiveness
