- Working with the Controls Transformation team means you will help ourclients achieve their business performance goals by using different techniquesand the latest technology to build up smart, lean and efficient internalcontrol frameworks that meet the needs of the business as well as the digitalworld of the future. may include delivering projectsrelated to controls transformation on an operational and strategic level andadvising clients on how to leverage the ERP functionalities, mainly SAPS/4HANA, to optimize the design of internal controls. How you can make an impact·Advising clients oncontrols enhancement opportunities aiming to embrace technology such as ERPfunctionalities (SAP S/4HANA)·Supporting clients intransforming their internal controls framework whilst staying compliant·Leading projects,covering all aspects of engagement delivery; from scoping, programme and teamselection, through to delivery, risk & quality management·Supporting SAPInternal Controls go-to-market initiatives and collaborating acrossmulti-disciplinary teams to develop new market offerings and advance existingones·Leading, inspiring,developing and coaching the team
- Who we are looking for·You are organized,have strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills whichallow you to build good relationships with clients, and to manage and developothers in an advisory role·You have a minimum of2-4 years of experience in delivering ERP controls transformation or ERP auditprojects, and have a good understanding of the main SAP S/4HANA businessprocesses and how to leverage the new functionalities for compliance andinternal controls purposes·You are familiar withautomated controls in the shape of ERP configurations·You have goodknowledge of the core business processes (e. PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax,HR, etc. ) and related key risk management concepts·You have in-depthexperience in internal controls design, remediation, and implementation·You are completelyfluent in English.
