Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager – Treasury Technology

Your contribution to KPMG

  • Advise global clients on treasury technology strategies, system selection, target architecture and new technologies/ fintech solutions (e.g. API, AI in Treasury, stable coins)
  • Lead the design, configuration and implementation of the Kyriba Treasury Management System and act as subject matter expert for Kyriba modules (e.g. Cash Management, Payments, Connectivity, Risk) take a leading role at each step during projects, on the deliverables and on the project management workstreams
  • Support treasury process optimization across Cash & Liquidity Management, Payments, Risk Management and Connectivity
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical TMS solutions
  • Collaborate with IT, finance and banking stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration
  • Support treasury transformation initiatives as part of broader finance or ERP programs incl. project management, technical and functional implementation support
  • Contribute to proposals, client workshops and thought leadership in Treasury Technology

This is what makes you successful

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or a comparable field
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, treasury, banking or consulting
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System and some other TMS (e.g. FIS Integrity, FIS Quantum, Kyriba, Diapason)
  • Strong analytical skills; confidence with Excel and PowerPoint; basics in data tools (e.g., PowerBI, SQL or Python) are a plus
  • Ability to bridge business and technology with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Structured, reliable and proactive; comfortable communicating with stakeholders and a Team player mindset with a desire to learn and pursue certifications (e.g., ACT, TMS)
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland; willingness to travel occasionally

✅ 1. Ne signez rien dans la précipitation. Prenez le temps de relire tous les documents remis par votre employeur. Si certains points vous semblent flous ou incomplets, demandez des explications ou un avis avant de prendre une décision.
✅ 2. Exigez un certificat de travail de qualité. En Suisse, ce document est presque aussi important que votre CV. Il doit être complet, objectif et refléter fidèlement votre parcours. N'hésitez pas à demander une correction si certaines formulations sont inexactes ou peuvent nuire à votre recherche d'emploi.
