Your Mission
• Drive Strategic Insights: Partner with Product Leadership across Innovation, Strategy, Design, Creation, and Sourcing to identify key questions, define analytical approaches, and deliver data-driven insights that inform critical business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Shape Data-Driven Processes: Lead the "Right Data at the Right Time" initiative, meticulously mapping end-to-end decision-making processes within the product organization to optimize data flow and ensure timely, relevant information is available.
• Lead Analytical Projects: Proactively identify, scope, and lead complex analytical projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Elevate Reporting & Analysis: Develop and refine impactful reports and dashboards, transitioning from reactive data provision to proactive, insightful analysis that empowers stakeholders and drives continuous improvement.
