MUUVR is a fast-growing movement platform that rewards people for being active. Our community spans across the DACH region, where users earn MUUVS through physical activity and partner purchases, redeeming them for exciting products in our e-commerce shop.
We are not just a sports rewards app—we are building an independent, inclusive and transparent sports community, powered by the belief that movement transforms lives.
To strengthen our online presence and make MUUVR a daily habit on people’s feeds, we are now hiring a
Social Media Manager (40–80%, Zurich-based) to help grow our brand, community and content ecosystem.
Who we are looking for

Are you passionate about social media, storytelling and movement? At MUUVR Labs AG, we are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. You will shape MUUVR’s presence across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn and become one of the visible faces of our brand.

You’ll combine hands-on content creation with strategic planning, owning the social media journey from idea to execution. If you enjoy being behind and in front of the camera and love engaging with communities, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
•
Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
•
Produce short-form videos, reels, stories and posts that bring the MUUVR lifestyle to life.
•
Develop creative formats around movement, challenges and rewards.
Be the Face of MUUVR
•
Represent MUUVR in photo and video content, both behind and in front of the camera.
•
Participate in sporty challenges and authentically showcase an active lifestyle.
•
Help shape MUUVR’s tone of voice and visual presence on social platforms.
Community Engagement
•
Engage with our community through comments and DMs.
•
Spark conversations and build a positive, motivated movement community.
Creative & Strategic Planning
•
Plan content calendars and campaign concepts.
•
Align social media content with brand awareness, product launches and partnerships.
Trends & Collaboration
•
Stay on top of social media trends and best practices.
•
Collaborate with marketing, design and external creators to support campaigns.
Who you are
•
You live and breathe social media, creating content feels natural to you.
•
High German is a must (focus on the DACH region).
•
You are based in or around Zurich.
•
You have experience managing and growing social channels (professionally or as a creator).
•
You are confident on camera and enjoy creating sporty, authentic content.
•
You think creatively and strategically about content and brand impact.
•
You are passionate about sports, movement or an active lifestyle.
•
You are hands-on, self-driven and comfortable taking ownership in a start-up environment.
