Your Mission
• Design and Develop Scalable Infrastructure: Lead the design, development, and implementation of a robust and scalable data platform to support On's growing data needs. This includes technologies and concepts like data warehousing, data lakes, ETL frameworks, distributed processing systems (e.g., Spark), and data modeling (dbt).
• Ensure Data Quality and Reliability: Implement processes and tools to ensure the quality, reliability, and availability of data pipelines and the data platform infrastructure.
• Collaborate and Mentor: Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other teams to integrate various data solutions into On's data ecosystem. Mentor engineers and share your expertise.
• Embrace New Technologies: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data platform technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of On's data platform.
