How you’ll make an impact
• Act as the go-to expert for Current & Voltage Transformers and Surge Arresters, offering comprehensive knowledge and innovative solutions throughout the value chain

• Work collaboratively with suppliers to guarantee that materials and components meet the required quality standards and conduct supplier audits and assessments as necessary

• Gather and analyze customer feedback related to product quality, using this information to drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Proactively identify potential risks to product quality and develop strategies to mitigate them

• Partner with various departments, such as engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them updated on quality-related developments

• Oversee NCR reports, cluster quality notifications, and conduct thorough RCAs to identify root causes of quality issues

• Define and implement corrective actions to promptly resolve quality issues and lead JDI initiatives to provide quick, actionable solutions for urgent quality concerns

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions for quality cases, ensuring long-term success

Your background
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering

• Background current & voltage transformers is desirable

• Min. 2 years working experience in a similar position

• Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial

• Experience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus

• Good communication and cultural sensitivity
