How you can make an impact
As a Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience working on client engagements from day one. Together with your project team, you will be helping our clients to solve their most pressing customer experience and engagement challenges through conceptualizing and delivering digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
•
Supporting our clients in conceptualizing and defining end-to-end customer experiences (based on user-centric methodologies) that align with business goals
•
Collaborating with cross-functional teams - always with a focus on finding the sweet spot between users, business, and technology
•
Supporting experience-led development or integration of digital products in an agile manner
•
Engaging with various stakeholders to understand client needs & opportunities, ensure alignment with engagement objectives and report on progress
•
Being an intrapreneur and further shaping your personal and professional skillsets through engagement with initiatives you’re passionate about
•
Get the opportunity to continue as a Consultant after the completion of a 6-month traineeship
Who We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
•
A Master’s degree from a great university in business/economics, digital management, or STEM subjects
•
A demonstrable interest and first-hand work experience in business or technology related fields
•
You’re a natural presenter and strong communicator
•
Your English and German are spotless, French is a strong advantage
•
You have Ninja skills: you’re agile, flexible, curious, and a quick learner
•
You’re a team player and able to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams such as designers, developers, business analysts, etc.
•
You’re excited by the value that digital solutions can unlock for users and businesses
