Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and structured student with a specialization in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Management or Industrial Engineering with keen interest in digital transformation, data modeling, and process optimization, with strong analytical and communication skills. The intern will join the Business Optimization team and work closely with the Supply Chain and Facility Management departments. The mission is to design and implement a cross-departmental data model that maps all data sources, system interactions, and business processes, to support Jet Aviation’s digital transformation journey. Your role

• Analyze current processes and data flows across Supply Chain and Facility Management

• Identify and map existing data sources (SAP R3,SharePoint, Excel, SuccessFactors, etc. to create comprehensive data mapping of systems, stakeholders, and flows

• Build a scalable and flexible data model aligned with Office 365 and Azure environments - toolkit or method to ensure ongoing maintenance and flexibility of the model

• Ensure the model is integrated to existing operational processes, supporting automation and business decision-making

• Deliver a tool or method to maintain and update the model over time in a configurable, sustainable way

• Regular reporting and presentations to stakeholders (including final presentation)

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a business-related field such as business systems, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Management or Industrial Engineering or related field

• Proficiency with Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate)

• Basic understanding of SAP R3, SuccessFactors, Azure Active Directory

• Knowledge of data modeling and system mapping

• Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
