Our client is looking for a
Payroll Specialist
to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations across multiple cantons, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is an international company.
Missions
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across
three Swiss cantons
- Ensure compliance with
Swiss payroll regulations, tax and social security requirements
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external partners where applicable
- Maintain and update employee payroll data within the system
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required
- Contribute to payroll process improvements and system optimization
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience in
payroll administration in Switzerland
- Background in a
fiduciary/treuhand environment
is highly valued, or strong experience managing
in-house payroll
- Good knowledge of
Swiss labor law, social security, and taxation
- Experience working with
ERP systems
(a strong plus)
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams
- Fluent in
English
(French and/or German are a plus)
