Regional HR Operations Manager
based in Nyon, for a full-time position.

Our client is an international company.
Missions
Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will oversee HR operations across an international scope:
- Manage and oversee
payroll operations across approximately 10 countries
, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead
compensation topics
and coordinate the remuneration committee
- Drive the
management and optimization of the HRIS
- Supervise and support a
small HR team
- Oversee the full
employee lifecycle
(onboarding, employee management, offboarding)
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience in
international HR operations
- Strong expertise in
multi-country payroll and HR administration
- Good command of
HRIS systems
- Ability to work in a
fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong leadership and service-oriented mindset
