Our client is seeking a Senior Hands?On IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT integration projects, with a strong focus on ESB and enterprise system integrations. The role combines full project accountability with active, hands?on involvement in delivery and execution.
Senior Hands-On IT Project Manager - Integration
Our client operates within a large, international corporate environment with a complex enterprise IT landscape. The organization runs business?critical systems and delivers large?scale transformation and integration initiatives.
Description
•
Lead end?to?end IT projects focused on system integration and ESB platforms
•
Take direct ownership of project execution beyond coordination and governance
•
Drive integration initiatives involving ESB, middleware, APIs, and data flows
•
Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards
•
Manage dependencies across multiple enterprise applications and teams
•
Facilitate functional and technical workshops with business and IT stakeholders
•
Translate business needs into clear, actionable IT and integration requirements
•
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators
•
Actively challenge technical designs, estimates, and delivery assumptions
•
Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, quality, timeline, and budget
Profile
Candidates
must meet all criteria below
.
•
Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience in complex environments
•
Proven, hands?on delivery experience on
ESB or enterprise integration projects
•
Strong understanding of system integration concepts (middleware, APIs, data flows)
•
Demonstrated ability to personally produce project artifacts (plans, RAID, specs)
•
Experience managing multi?application, interdependent IT landscapes
•
Ability to operate at execution level (not PMO or steering?only roles)
•
Comfortable working closely with architects, developers, and integrators
•
Strong ownership mindset with accountability for delivery outcomes
•
String communication skills
Job Offer
Location: Geneva, Switzerland

Contract type:
6?month mission via Michael Page, with potential internalisation
•
Workload: 40 hours per week
•
Remote work: 1 day per week possible
•
Holidays: 25 days per year
