Market Manager Advanced Industries
The Market Manager Advanced Industries is responsible for driving global growth, strategy, and performance of the Coating (PVD, CVD), Targeted Industries, and Power Generation segments through market insights, business development, and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
•
Develops global market growth strategy based on market intelligence and competitive intelligence.
•
Develops market value proposition anticipating future market requirements.
•
Derives the business plans from the growth strategy.
•
Leads business development teams to execute business plan.
•
Directs the marketing initiatives.
•
Defines sales target of the regional sales for the market segment.
•
Provides sales forecasts and makes timely adjustments to achieve goals.
•
Maintains the market segment KPI dashboard and reports against it.
Qualification:
•
Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering or economy.
•
Master's Degree preferred
•
Fluent business English skills written and spoken
•
Account Management experience and the ability to manage projects as new accounts are developed
•
Experience in vacuum industry, ideally with PVD and CVD processes
