We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Intern Sales Experience Transformation & Engagement to help elevate the sales experience through engaging communication and transformation initiatives. You will take ownership of the "Sales Lounge" series-our monthly internal sales show-and contribute to impactful communication through editorial planning, videography best practices, and frontline feedback analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive engagement, amplify employee voices, and support key transformation projects within the sales organization.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • End-to-End "Sales Lounge" Production: Scriptwriting, booking hosts/guests, organizing mobile studio setups, and filming/editing
  • "Agent Insights" Video Production: Producing brief 30-60s learning nuggets with agents on-camera
  • Editorial Governance: Managing the weekly cross-channel calendar to separate "Push" (Beekeeper) and "Pull" (One) updates
  • Project Support: Coordinating frontline focus groups and preparing platform comparison reports

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Bachelor/Master student or recent graduate in Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Production, or related fields
  • Storytelling & Scriptwriting: Translating commercial topics into simple, humorous video formats
  • Basic Shooting & Editing: Experience with smartphone/camera setups and software (Premiere, CapCut)
  • Proactivity & Outgoing Personality: High self-organization and confidence in approaching agents on the shop floor
  • Communication & Languages: Excellent copywriting in German (essential for frontline) and English (business)
