Interim Paid Media Lead (all, 80-100%) - temporary from June 2026 until October 2027

For the maternity cover of our Paid Media Lead, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team from June 2026 (later start also possible) to October 2027.

In this role, you will take ownership of Mammut’s global paid media activities, ensuring a strong alignment between brand and commercial objectives while driving efficient, data-driven growth. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will play a key role in optimizing performance, shaping direction, and continuously improving our paid media approach.

Do what you love

  • Support the execution of the Mammut global Paid Media strategy, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders such as eCommerce, Content Office and the larger Digital Marketing teams, in order to achieve brand and commercial targets
  • Align, inform and challenge the overall Marketing and eCommerce roadmap to generate efficient growth, mitigate risks and achieve traffic and revenue goals
  • Create reporting, dashboards and provide insights based on analysis on current Mammut, industry and overall market performance
  • Initiate and support media projects (e.g. attribution, margin optimization, new platforms)
  • Brief and align with several external agencies on paid media strategy and activation

Play to your strengths

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in paid media, in particular on Google and Meta activations and affiliate marketing
  • Ability to influence teams and leaders within the organization to ensure brand and commercial priorities in overall media planning
  • Experience and passion for performance marketing, eCommerce, digital media
  • Proficiency with key paid media tools: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Keyword and Display planner as well as with Analytics tools, in particular Google Analytics. Experience with Affiliate marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing A/B testing and continuous optimization
  • Teamplayer with an analytic and data-driven mindset and a strong business background
  • Ability to work well on tight deadlines and under pressure as well as to take leadership and responsibility in projects, strategy and budget management
  • Ability to interface constructively with external partners and vendors, experience with agencies would be desirable
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken)
  • Proficiency in Excel, experience with PowerBi would be a plus
