As part of the continuous evolution of our digital workplace, we are looking for an experienced
SharePoint Administrator
with strong expertise in
Microsoft 365
and the
Power Platform
.
This role is key in ensuring the stability, governance, and continuous improvement of our collaborative environments while supporting business teams with efficient and secure digital solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain
SharePoint Online environments
(site collections, subsites, permissions, security)
- Manage and optimize
Microsoft 365 services
(SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook)
- Design, build, and maintain business solutions using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Define and enforce
Power Platform governance
, including policies, security, and best practices
- Automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide
Level 2/3 support
, user guidance, and training
- Produce and maintain
technical and functional documentation
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and platform stability
Your Profile
- Degree in IT (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent experience)
- Strong hands"‘on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Proven expertise in
Power Platform
(Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Solid understanding of
governance, security, and compliance
concepts
- Experience supporting end users and driving adoption
- Autonomous, structured, and solution"‘oriented
- Comfortable working in cross"‘functional and international environments
