Data & Analytics Manager (80–100%)

Your responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of a central group data platform that connects multiple ERP landscapes and other business data sources across the groupFurther develop the existing target data architecture and information model, and evolve it over time in line with the company’s growth, changing business needs and system landscapeManage the end-to-end delivery of the data platform project, coordinating internal stakeholders, external contractors and implementation partnersEstablish pragmatic data governance standards, ownership models and quality controls to improve consistency, transparency and trust in dataDrive master data management practices across key domains and work closely with business and IT teams to strengthen data quality at sourceBuild scalable reporting and analytics capabilities using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, with a strong focus on usability, automation and business valueIdentify opportunities to leverage innovative technologies, advanced analytics and automation to simplify data flows and accelerate decision-makingAct as the bridge between business and technology, translating analytical needs into concrete platform, dashboard and governance solutionsCreate transparency on project progress, priorities, risks and outcomes through structured stakeholder management and clear reportingContribute to the long-term development of a group-wide data and analytics capability that supports growth, integration and operational excellence

Your profile

Degree in computer science, information systems, data engineering, business informatics or a comparable fieldSeveral years of relevant experience in data and analytics roles, ideally in an international, multi-entity or manufacturing environmentStrong technical background as a data architect, with solid understanding of data models, integration patterns, platform design and scalable analytics architecturesHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including the design of robust semantic models, dashboards and reporting solutionsProven ability to lead projects, structure workstreams, manage external contractors and drive delivery in a pragmatic and results-oriented wayStrong knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks and master data management principlesAbility to work effectively across business and IT functions, align diverse stakeholders and translate strategic needs into concrete solutionsStrong communication skills in English; German, French or Italian are an advantage in our international group context
