Your Tasks
- Work with cross-functional teams including suppliers to design, certify and bring to the market aircraft enhancements and options for the PC-12& PC-24
- Identify product opportunities and recommend projects, develop business cases and support investment decisions
- Manage baseline aircraft and options definition, and oversee pricing strategy with margin optimization
- Initiate and manage scope of requirements (SOR), and coordinate configuration and equipment list content
- Lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps
- Coordinate engineering inputs and project budgets, as well as collecting inputs and ideas supporting innovation and preliminary project investigations (PPI)
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Aviation
- Minimum 8 years of experience in aircraft product development
- Good understanding of the Business Aviation market
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
