Your responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver IT projects and transformation initiatives from planning through successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies while monitoring progress and ensuring on-time delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to drive effective collaboration and decision-making
- Ensure transparent project governance through clear stakeholder communication, comprehensive documentation, and smooth transition into operations
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve PMO standards, governance, methodologies, and project management best practices
- Provide transparency across the IT project portfolio, including project status, priorities, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare portfolio reporting and support project prioritization, strategic planning, and decision-making for IT leadership
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting quality, resource planning, and compliance with project management standards
Your profile:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in managing IT projects
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, including network and server infrastructure, Microsoft cloud technologies, IT security, IT service management (ITIL), and application management
- English at business-fluent level, German is a plus
- Structured, independent way of working
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Interest in new technologies and innovation
